We would like to inform you of the agreement reached by La Quinta Real Estate with the company Phoenix Group from Chile,  for the sale of the Hotel Meliá La Quinta and La Quinta Golf & Country Club. This is an important partnership with a specialist in the management of international high class leisure resorts, that ensures the continuity of these touristic services. The hotel and golf course are now in the hands of a company with experience and potential for the development of both businesses, with the same quality standards as existing or even higher.

La Quinta Real Estate Group will now focus its business activities in the operation and enhancement of 200 acres it owns in the privileged location of El Real de La Quinta, as well as all the services so valued by its customers: Sale and Rental of properties, Services like cleaning, laundry, technical services, renovations, car rental, key holding service, Internet, Telephone, Irrigation Water, Administration of Communities, ... all the services you may need.
