Connection and maintenance of utilities: contract all your basic utilities through us, water, electricity, broadband internet connection in the knowledge that you will have a fast, secure and efficient service.
Decoration: we work with a select group of collaborators who will make the decoration of your home a simple task. They offer options that adjust to your style and budget, allowing you to enjoy your home from the first moment.
Emergencies: La Quinta has an emergency telephone number: 637 579 700 (technical repairs, water leaks, fire or water cuts).

Gardening and Pool maintenance service: we take care of your garden and we will advise you on the purchase and maintenance of all types of plants.
Car rental at very competitive prices.
Airport Transfers: pick up from Málaga or Gibraltar Airports from 80€+VAT for up to 4 passengers, 110€+VAT for up to 8 passengers. Pick ups from any golf course, excursions to any city in Andalusia.
Insurance brokerage: we are associates of the Pascual Insurance Brokerag Company.
Legal advice
Property monitoring: Are you going to be away from La Quinta for any length of time? We will take care of your garden, your house plants, and make sure that you find your property in perfect condition upon your return. We also offer an alarm installation service (quotation required).
Mail collection: We will check your mailbox and send you a scanned version of any correspondence of an urgent nature so that you will never miss an important letter through absence.
Children's services: so that your children enjoy, and let you enjoy, La Quinta, we offer children's golf classes in the Golf Academy, swimming pool, a range of activities, La Quinta Burbuja Children's Club, baby sitting service, and more.
Sports and Leisure: all the information you need to enjoy your leisure time. Reservations for restaurants and shows, green fees on Golf Courses along the Costa del Sol, yacht rental, adventure sports, excursions and trips, the best beaches...
