** Reservation Policy: in order to confirm any booking for an apartment in La Quinta, payment of a 50% of the full amount must be completed. Payment can be completed by credit card or bank transfer. Reservations made within one month prior arrival date, must be confirmed by payment of the full price.

** Check in & out policy: The apartments have no reception or concierge. Arrivals / departures outside office hours will have an additional charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any doubts in this matter before proceeding with your booking.
