Lake Club
The beating heart of Real de La Quinta will be the lake and the Lake Club - a unique combination of leisure activities on the banks of a spectacular 400m long man-made lake which will bring the beach to the foothills of the Sierra de las Nieves.
Faithful to the core concept of the entire resort, the Lake Club will be perfectly integrated into the natural contours of the gently rolling hillside and will house a complete range of amenities for residents and their guests to enjoy throughout the year.
The building itself accessed from the upper level where ample parking adjoins the golf course. Descending to lake level, the building stretches to the restaurant and bar area to the right and the gym, wellness centre and sports reception to the left. All are defined by large glass walls affording panoramic views of the lake.
The lake itself features an artificial beach and an enclosed swimming area separated from the lake itself by a sweeping walkway. Beyond the swimming area non-motorised water sports are encouraged on the lake - paddle board, kayaking and rowing boats - all designed to enhance a connection with the natural environment.
The restaurant, bar and snack bar will offer everything from breakfast for the early rising golfer, lunch to the beach lovers through to a romantic lakeside dinner.
The Wellness Center will have a fully equipped gym, as well as a spa, sauna, a 20m heated pool. Located in a landscaped outdoor patio, the Spa will house massage and treatment cabins, a contrast pool and Jacuzzi.
A sport’s reception will manage the range of sporting activities available. Tennis and paddle tennis courts are on the upper level alongside a children’s play park. From the reception, golfers will collect their buggies and follow the gentle rise to the first tee of the executive golf course which encircles the lake offering beautiful views from every angle.
